What do I do if I need to reschedule or cancel? Let me know by WhatsApp or call at least 24 hours in advance. In case of emergency, you can reschedule or cancel your appointment, but a $20 penalty will apply.
What are the rates? Individual Therapy: $85 Couples Therapy: $120 Contact me if you need rates adjusted to your income.
What payment methods do you accept? I accept American Express, Mastercard, Visa, PayPal, and cash.
Do you offer virtual appointments? Yes. You can choose in-person sessions in a comfortable space or online. I am available Monday through Saturday.
Do you accept health insurance plans? Not at this time. Payment is due directly at the end of the session.
What ages do you serve? Children, adolescents, and adults. In the first session, we explore your goals and create a personalized plan.
Do you offer therapy in English or Spanish? Both. We can work in English or Spanish, depending on your preference.
Will you share my information with family members or others? Your information is protected by HIPAA. I will only share it if: 1) you authorize it in writing, or 2) the law requires it (e.g., serious risk or abuse). You have the right to view, correct, and limit the use of your records, and to receive a copy of this privacy notice.
